Ok, now I do not know if this is an extreme level of "BOSS" or just plain ridiculous...but in Japan they now have a vending machine that dispenses living crab! The machine keeps the crabs in a frozen but alive state at 5 degrees celsius until a customer comes to purchase one of these delicacies...The vendor even offers 3 free crabs if a customer receives their snack and finds it to be dead.
